Q: What are VRZ +3D Images?

A: TechTol’s system quickly captures (in 30 milliseconds), processes and stores 3-dimensional spatial images which can be viewed, rotated and zoomed (VRZ) on the Internet in less than 1 minute. VRZ+3D Images, in addition to having VRZ capabilities become true 3D when a viewer wears anaglyphic (two color lenses) eye glasses. Images are captured in TechTol Imaging Studios located in a variety of locations.

A: TechTol’s system offers these products:

VRZ Images and VRZ+3D Images

Each image is stored in 3 resolutions (full, one-half and one-quarter) with each resolution comprised of 16 JPEG images which offers customers a selection of 48 still photographs. On average the image file is approximately 2 mb. The anaglyphic image is also stored in 3 resolutions offering customers a full range of rotating and zooming options as well as a selection of 96 still photographs.
