TechTol Imaging was formed in May 2008 as limited liability company. Private investors, and grants from the Ohio Department of Development’s Rocket Ventures and Launch program helped start-up the company.
TechTol’s goal is to further its research activities as well as provide customers with VRZ+3D Imaging systems and services. The company works in partnership with its licensees and selling teams to market its Imaging Systems to specific markets. TechTol offers a variety of incentives and options to licensees or joint venture partners. These include, but are not limited to:
· Exclusive/nonexclusive licenses for a specific market, product, geographic area, or industry
· Commission sales
· Licenses to manufacture Imaging Studios.
Typically, license fees are based on a percentage of revenue generated from sales. Persons interested in obtaining a license should email a proposal (not to exceed 5 pages) outlining the idea, license terms and conditions such as territory sought, length of duration, fees and royalties, estimated size of the market, experience of the licensee, and any other relevant considerations to info@TechTol.com
Visits to the TechTol facility can also be scheduled.
